Wellness Opportunities
Wolfe Cancer Wellness Program
OhioHealth offers three cancer wellness programs for cancer patients at any stage of treatment. These programs focus on exercise sessions and include nutrition information, lifestyle changes and stress management. Talk to your patient navigator for details, or call:

The ten week program consists of:
- Two, one hour exercise sessions per week among a small group of participants.
- Cardiovascular, strengthening, and stretching exercises.
- A weekly educational session. Topics include:
- Cooking demonstration
- Lymphedema
- Exercise prescription
- Nutrition
- Stress management
- Yoga
- 10-week program with two exercise sessions per week under the supervision of an exercise physiologist
- Meet with an exercise physiologist prior to starting to set up an individualized exercise program and goals
- Weekly educational topics to help achieve wellness goals such as, nutrition, lymphedema, managing fatigue, stress management, and others
- Morning and evening sessions available

Nutrition
Nutritional counseling combines supplements and herbals into traditional nutrition support. A session with a dietitian starts with a series of open-ended questions to understand your daily schedule, thoughts, nutritional barriers and current diet. The dietitian will suggest plant-based diets, whole grains and limited sodium intake.

This class is designed for patients and survivors and will meet the second Friday of the month from 12 to 1 PM via Zoom.

Walk/Run Club
Cancer Survivor Walk/Run Club is a multi-week, virtual training program that gives cancer patients and survivors the physical and emotional support they need to move forward. The goal of the club is to complete our very own virtual race as a group, joined by friends, family, and supporters.
- Open to all experience levels.
- Train virtually with anyone.
- Online support includes a training plan, weekly emails, and access to an exclusive Facebook group.
- Participate in live, virtual group workouts with club members and OhioHealth associates.
- Virtual educational presentations from expert physicians.
