Our cancer-care leaders bring health and hope to those fighting gynecologic and other cancers. Gynecologic cancers are those that start in a woman’s reproductive system – such as cervical, ovarian, endometrial (uterine) and vaginal cancers. Whether you’re taking preventive steps or have an existing cancer, our team will develop the best care plan for you.

At OhioHealth, our multidisciplinary approach involves a collaboration of highly skilled and specialized cancer experts. This includes gynecologic oncologists (surgical specialists), medical oncologists (experts in chemotherapy or other medical therapies) and radiation oncologists (specializing in targeted radiotherapy).

Your care team may include radiologists, pathologists (lab), genetic counselors (risk evaluation), dietitians, cancer rehabilitation specialists and palliative (comfort) care specialists and other healthcare professionals.

We understand that personal experiences vary widely. Our patient navigators will help at every step to guide you through the process. Other compassionate guides are here to help, too, including social service and counseling help if needed.
