Financial Assistance and Charity Care

OhioHealth provides quality care to everyone, regardless of your ability to pay. Assistance is offered to patients with limited resources and inadequate medical insurance coverage. Eligibility is determined by family income. Call (614) 566-5594 or (800) 837-2455 for more information.

Navigation Social Workers

Independently licensed clinicians on our navigation team provide short-term supportive counseling for patients with distress related to diagnosis and treatment, disruption of their significant relationships and mild depression.

Spiritual Care

Our chaplains can help you understand how your faith or spirituality both impacts and is impacted by your health, in addition to connecting you with spiritual resources and sources of support for your treatment journey.

Social Services

Medical social workers provide referrals and resources to help relieve patients’ worries about obstacles that may prevent them from seeking or continuing their medical care. To connect with these resources, call OhioHealth CancerCall at 1 (800) 752-9119, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM-5 PM.
